I can assure you as a professional and service oriented person that not only did Nigel exceed my expectations with the final outcome of product all the extra lengths he went to ensure my satisfaction was quite impressive.
I had certain pics in certain boxes that came from specific relatives; he was trusted and succeeded in keeping those separations. He also removed photo’s from old school photo albums carefully, completed the scans and relayed the page before going to the next page until the book was complete.
All in all he did more than 8 rubbermaids (and loose boxes) of my entire family history. I opted to have him add the inscriptions written on the back of some photo’s at a small additional charge, which was well worth it!
In an organized fashion he puts all files on disc with his company logo on the sleeve. I quite seriously could not have been more impressed with Nigel’s service. Especially when I conveyed to him that some of my family was not comfortable with the photo’s even leaving their house let alone be left with a stranger. It is a far better service than one company who advertises on the internet from Toronto (I could not put our legacy on a plane knowing it could get lost), Nigel deserves your business and your family deserves his care and attention.
